To request a product return, please
contact us at 440-946-0080.
if applicable our personnel will
first attempt to help you do troubleshooting to determine the cause of the
problem.
To return a product for any reason, you must obtain a
return authorization (RA) number.
The customer must ship the
product prepaid to the address given at the issuance of the Return
Authorization
The RA number must be shown on the outside of the
shipping container.
The item must be properly packed, in the
original packing material in which it was originally shipped.
